All stupidness aside, this was really fun to do color. Awesome pose, rockin body, and a beach.
Perfect. 8D
Though.. I still don't have a clue about this character other than she's got a pretty rad design.

Errmm, yeah, I gave her the shiny kawaii desu treatment. So sue me. :(

EDIT: WOOOAH. Cleaned up her hair. Now with 99% fewer split ends. :)

It's from a one shot game for the gameboy color I believe, though I think she's getting a DS game too. Actually, the game is called Shantae.

And please give credit to the person who did the lineart, since his coloring is made of much more win. xD

Because I could totally see that being correct (which if it is, score. if not, we're just going to say I took some creative liberties or something).

No, that's official. Whenever you did a spell in the game, the little Shantae sprite would dance all around (and there was a different dance for each spell). However, Capcom does NOT own Shantae. They were merely the publisher of the first game in the series, the game itself is actually owned by WayForward; a company whom, among other things, also made Sigma Star Saga.
